Human Resource Assistant
Human Resource – Little Falls, MN

Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join our Human Resource team. This position has Part-time or Full-time availability and will be located in the Little Falls Business Office. Primary duties will include but are not limited to: create and maintain employee files, ensure employee files comply with applicable state and federal requirements, prepare reports for employment records or search employee files and furnish information to authorized persons (i.e. complete employment verifications), utilize necessary technology (computer, email, fax machine, copier, multiple line phone) to complete tasks, general clerical duties, and other projects within the department as assigned.  Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience working in an administrative setting. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
