Site Coordinator
Children and Families

Northern Pines Mental Health Center is seeking a Site Coordinator to join our Children and Families team. This Full-time position will be part of our school-based program.  The purpose of this position is to provide mental health services to youth and families referred to Northern Pines Mental Health Center. Duties include individual, family and group skills training, crisis intervention and collaboration with other service providers. In addition to managing a caseload, Site Coordinator duties will include but are not limited to: monitor productivity targets, staff schedules and weekly self-reports for efficiency and sustainability; monitor staff time sheets; facilitate weekly or bi-monthly team meetings; reporting, recording, and monitoring school-based mental health outcomes.
Qualified applicants must be a Mental Health Practitioner in at least one of the following ways: Holds a bachelor’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university AND has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to children with emotional disturbances OR Has at least 6,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to children with emotional disturbances OR Is a graduate student in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields. Persons employed in this position must have had experience working with families. A solid understanding of family systems as well as child and adolescent development is required. Travel is required as is a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
