I have been with Northern Pines since March of 2024.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), but I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic approaches to support each client’s individual needs. I work with clients of all ages.

I like being able to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can address their mental health needs without judgement. I strive to meet each client where they are and work collaboratively to improve their overall well-being.

I like being at Northern Pines because they are supportive and help me grow as a mental health professional.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time outside, on the boat, and baking sourdough bread.
