I love being able to help people when they need someone the most. Let them know they are not alone and there are people out there that genuinely do care and want to listen, support and help. The most rewarding part is being able to follow and see them come full circle with getting stabilized, healthy and maintaining that.
The summer events like Lakes Jam and Mid-Summer are fun to work at as well and hear different people’s stories and how thankful they are to have us at the events to provide that service and support to them.
I love my team and work atmosphere, it’s not really like being at work. It is so enjoyable, especially for what we do and see in our clinic and community. We are all so unique and everyone gets along so well and we all just support and care about each other on and off the clock. I love that as a whole company we support each other’s mental health and self care times and families.
I love being out on the lake fishing or pulling my kids behind the boat on the tube in the summers, I read a lot of books and a few of my friends on the team do as well and we have started a mini book club in the office. I love sports, playing and coaching. I enjoy doing charity work to bring mental health awareness to athletics all over the state of Minnesota and find out ways to help and support our Veterans in Minnesota as well. My life goal is to build an amazing book library in my home after my kids graduate and move out.
