Andrea Schilling, LSW
Hello! My name is Andrea Schilling and I have been with Northern Pines since 2018.
I am a licensed social worker and hold the title of site coordinator and mental health practitioner for Swanville and Upsala schools.
The cozy “small town feel” of both schools feels like home and I enjoy the wide range of ages, as both schools are preschool-12th grade under the same roof.
I always feel supported and valued at Northern Pines. I love being able to create my own schedule to fit both my needs and the needs of my clients. It is energizing to be able to use creativity when planning session activities and I love being able to work independently as well as part of a team. For me, there is nothing more rewarding than assisting students in being the best version of themselves inside and outside of school!
In my spare time I am found hanging out with my husband and our two girls, and spending time with family and friends. We love traveling and exploring new places, camping, biking, cabin time, games, and anything outdoor or sports-related. I am rarely found without a packed planner and my sister and I also have an event decorating business.
