Location: Brainerd Elementary school (Baxter, Garfield, and Lowell)

Works with clients ages 5 years old to 10 years old.

I have always had a passion for working with kids, and along the way I fell in love with psychology. This job allows me to have both wrapped up into one. Kids are so full of life, energy, and most of the time happiness. It is never a dull moment working with them, within the school setting, and with this age group. I get to be the type of person that I wish I had at that age.

Being at Northern Pines the first thing that comes to my mind is self-care. It is one thing to teach it, and another to actively doing it. Since my first day, Northern Pines as always encourage self-care, work/life balance, and a positive atmosphere. Having co-workers that can effectively work together, encourage each other, and overall make coming to work more enjoyable. I have amazing supervisors that are available whenever a need arises.

I love to travel, spend time with friends and family, do puzzles, play Pokémon go with my nephew, and swim when it is summer time.
