MNsure Navigation to help obtain additional insurance coverage. If under/ uninsured, we strongly encourage our clients to consider insurance navigation, which can be utilized for care beyond Northern Pines.

Payment plans. Northern Pines Mental Health Center is willing to work with clients to pay for their services.

Sliding Scale. Dependent on your household income and family size, you might qualify for reduced fees for services.

Northern Pines Mental Health Center offers financial assistance for those that qualify. The determining factors for financial assistance are: 1) gross family income (the amount of income from wages and salaries, but not limited to, coming into one household) and 2) household size (the number of people residing, as primary residency, within a household). Financial Assistance applications are available by request to all clients. You can locate the financial assistance application online at our website www.npmh.org by clicking on “Client Financial Info.,” followed by “Financial Support Services.” Or you can contact the finance office for a paper application at 320-632-6647, option 2. Completed applications can be mailed to PO Box 367, Little Falls, MN 56345. Approval of Financial Assistance is based on 365 days from the approval date. Please reapply for Financial Assistance upon expiration to be considered for continued reduced fees.
