I enjoy the diversity of tasks and getting to be a part of the client interaction process as well as the behind-the-scenes coordination of care.
I enjoy the people, the uplifting atmosphere and the way NPMH as a whole strives for continuous betterment for Staff and Clients. I also appreciate the focus on self-care and being able to ask for time off without having to worry because a healthy work and life balance is truly celebrated and practiced here.
I am a certified Meditation Teacher, Reiki practitioner and Sound Healer and enjoy putting my practices into play in my everyday life as well as at work. I enjoy being out in nature hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, four wheeling, painting, crafting and anything else that gives me roominess to just unplug from electronics and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. I am also a book nerd and lifelong learner, cozying up in my hammock reading a good book is my jam!
