Every day, I have the opportunity to positively affect the lives of individuals and families that are navigating challenges. Supporting access to quality care and resources is very rewarding work. I also love leading and supporting Case Managers and Care Coordinators. mentoring, fostering growth, and supporting them in their roles is meaningful and fulfilling.
Northern Pines focus on Mission, Innovation and Growth speak clearly to me. Northern Pines is always searching for ways to make positive impact on the lives of the clients we support and the communities we live and work in. There are opportunities for personal and professional growth within the agency. Lastly, I have never worked for a company that has been so giving of PTO and flexible with time.
In my free time, I enjoy activities the bring me both adventure and relaxation. I love riding motorcycles and reading historical fiction; both allow me to step into different times and places. I find peace, and renewal in the outdoors & travel; watching nature unfold, flower gardening, listening to the birds and spending time in the mountains out west. Spending time with family and friends provides joy; it “fills my bucket” and reminds me of all I have to be grateful for!
