Trained in/Specialties: I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Systemic Family Therapy & Collaborative Intensive Bridging Services (CIBS).

Works with clients ages: I have experience with working in the school setting and outpatient therapy. I have worked with clients of various ages (6-adult).

I enjoy working collaboratively with clients to develop their growth and recovery. I appreciate watching my clients evolve into their authentic self and celebrate their victories.

I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere of Northern Pines Mental Health and their remarkable approach to teamwork for their clients and staff.  The staff is very supportive, and I enjoy the flexible work schedule. I am grateful for the support of self-care by supervisors and co-workers.

I enjoy hiking, camping, gardening and taking care of my chickens. I am an avid reader and have lots of books (probably too many!)  I have two adult children and currently live with my significant other.
