Works with clients ages: I work with kids of all ages.

I love helping kids and families build resilience and stronger connections, whether at home or in school. Seeing them grow and thrive as we work on new skills together is so rewarding.

I appreciate being part of an organization that focuses on expanding access to mental health care and contributing to meaningful change in our community.

Outside of work, I’m training for that next long-distance race, spending time with my cat, or hunting for a cozy coffee shop to write in.
