Trained in:/Specialties: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Works with clients ages: 5-21 but right now mostly work with clients 15-19.
I love seeing hope and resilience in the clients. Kids are so resilient and have the ability to bounce back from so many things, I love getting to have a small part in that growth and development.
I have the honor of working alongside so many creative, dedicated, kind, intelligent therapists, practitioners, and support staff. We truly have the best providers you and your kids could ask for! I love being able to support my team and help them reach their full potential and beyond.
I don’t know that I have worked anywhere else that has been so supportive of my family time and flexible with my schedule. I have two young kids and I have never been denied PTO. I am a big supporter of self-care and I think their support of my self-care helps keep me balanced as a leader.
In my free time, I love hanging out with my husband and our kids, cooking (not cleaning up afterward), learning more about leadership, and reading light-hearted fiction books
