Trained in/Specialties: I’ve always felt my purpose in life was to help others.  by helping them work through difficulties, some that are normal adolescent development, struggles with anxiety, depression, family dynamics, building self-esteem and resiliency, and helping those who have experienced traumatic events.  My areas of special training are Eye Movement and Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS).

Works with clients ages: 14 through 18

In my job it has been so rewarding to watch people improve their mental health by learning ways to manage their anxiety and depressive symptoms. Learning ways to handle grief and losses, building confidence and self-esteem. Supporting them through difficult times, helping them to figure out themselves through psychoeducation, building self-esteem, confidence and learning to self-advocate and healing from traumas.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren. I also love road trips, traveling, camping, fishing, and horseback riding
