Trained in/Specialties: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Managing Adaptive Practices (MAP), Birth-6 evaluations, and am an LPCC Board Approved Supervisor.

Works with clients with ages: 5- 18. However, I mainly work with ages 12-18 now.

Being able to see clients grow and learn more about themselves is something I like. I really enjoy being allowed to go on that journey with them.

Getting to work with so many talented providers and help them grow in their profession is great. I get to work with so many different people with many different talents and experiences. You never know what the day will look like.

I really enjoy being able to work for a company that is so flexible and supportive of family life. They value the work life balance immensely and are very encouraging of taking time off and engaging in self-care. They are very supportive of family time and as someone with two small children this is a life saver.

In my free time I love spending time with my husband and two kids. I love animals and my family has many; 3 cats, 2 dogs, and 4 underwater frogs. I enjoy crafting, cooking and reading.
