Training: I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am working toward independent clinical licensure. My training emphasized using an anti-oppressive lens across all dimensions of diversity, and I deeply respect each client’s unique lived experience.

I have primarily worked with adults experiencing acute mental health concerns. I am currently see clients ages 6 and up.

I consider it an honor to sit with others and be a part of their growth process. My favorite part of my career has always been the people I meet along the way. I also appreciate the continuous learning that comes with working in the mental health field, which allows me to continue growing as a provider.

I believe that Northern Pines is dedicated to providing quality mental health care while also supporting its employees so they can do that work well. That commitment to meeting the needs of both clients and staff reflects the kind of ethical practice that is important to me, both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy finding ways to use my creativity, cooking, thrifting, gardening, listening to podcasts or a good audiobook, and spending time outside.
