I do like working with our clients individually and seeing their growth makes my work very rewarding and satisfying, as does supporting and partnering with parents. Our services are intensive and community-based, which requires collaboration, communication, and teamwork, which I enjoy as well.
Most enjoyable for me as a Northern Pines employee is getting to learn from so many brilliant, dedicated, and team-oriented providers. From Leadership to recent additions, I take something from each encounter with fellow providers, and we are truly a team that supports each other. I believe that this carries over to allow us to be our best with our clients.
