I have been with Northern Pines since 2017 in multiple roles including Care Coordinator, Mental health Practitioner, Clinical Trainee, Mental Health Professional.

I have been providing psychotherapy with Northern Pines since June of 2020.

I have training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

My favorite part of being a therapist is seeing clients unlock their abilities within themselves to foster change and growth in their lives. We are all stronger than we think, we are more capable than we expect, and while we are all doing the best we can, we can always do better.

My favorite thing about working at Northern Pines is the amount of flexibility that is granted. We all have our own complex and hectic lives, which Northern Pines allows us the flexibility that we need to manage our personal lives without adding the extra stressor of not being allowed time off. Northern Pines encourages self-care and challenges us to create an effective work life balance.

In my free time I find myself caring for my young child, and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy spending time outdoors, usually fishing, or playing softball.
