Trained in/Specialties: I have been in the field since 2009. I am trained in EMDR. I consider myself a general practitioner. I work with clients, who deal with trauma, depression, anxiety, family relationships, life transitioning and couples.

Works with clients ages: 6 years old to 80 years old.

I am humbled by my clients courage to trust me; to share their stories and invite me on their healing journey.

NPMH is a place in which I have been able to grow and take on different positions in the agency, including, as a board certified supervisor. I have had the opportunity to supervise clinical trainees and practitioners. On a different note, I treasure the wealth of information my colleagues and peers present.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my spouse, whether it be watching a movie, going shopping , out to dinner, fishing, or canning. I also enjoy spending time with our dog Toby James and two sons who are married.
