I began my career in Care Coordination and later worked as a Mental Health Practitioner on the mobile crisis team before stepping into leadership.  I currently serve as the Director of Client Access Services, where I lead the client access teams and support several of our agency’s key programs.

I am passionate about connecting clients with appropriate resources and services they need.  I also enjoy seeing people succeed and graduate from services once they reach their goals.

My favorite part of being a director is the opportunity to help both clients and staff thrive.  I enjoy guiding my teams, watching staff grow in their roles, and creating a positive environment where everyone feels supported.  For me, leadership isn’t about overseeing programs – it’s about building connections, solving challenges together, and celebrating wins, big and small.

I like the opportunity to serve clients while also supporting the dedicated staff I work with every day.  I bring both professional experience and genuine love for people to my work, helping ensure that clients and staff alike feel supported and connected.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, adult children, and grandchildren.  I also love to travel, camp, and head out on the trails on the side-x-side with friends.  And when it’s time to unwind I shamelessly admit to cheering (and occasionally cringing) my way though reality dating shows like The Bachelor or Love is Blind.
