My favorite part of my job is the relationships I get to create with my students – helping them to navigate life challenges and grow as individuals. I believe that connection and compassion are important for building relationships.

I love working in a school setting and have created lifelong friendships with my colleagues as well.

In my free time I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family and friends, hiking, camping and kayaking.  My husband and I enjoy attending our alma mater college football games and UND college hockey games.
