Works with clients ages: Middle School and High School students, ages 12-18.

I enjoy being able to offer group and individual services to adolescents and watch them start to implement things you are teaching them. I have seen some very brave clients find their voice and be able to advocate for themselves and start making some major changes in their lives at such young ages. It is truly inspirational watching a traumatized child find some safety and work towards a healthy life even in the face of some major adversity both at home and school.

I have appreciated the ability to balance being a full time parent and full time employee. I am able to volunteer for my kids activities and take time to do what I need to do as a parent without ever feeling stressed about my job or feeling like I cannot do those things with my kids.

I spend a lot of time outside, going for hikes, boating, swimming, fishing, etc. I also spend a lot of time at my oldest son’s sporting events, being his #1 cheerleader (even if it embarrasses him). Outside of work, my time revolves around kids activities and making memories before they are grown.
