Mental Health is front & center in our world today. We would be hard pressed to find a family who is not affected by mental illness or addiction. There still seems to be a stigma around mental health/illness…but we are here on the front lines trying to change that attitude in our communities. Honesty, openness & vulnerability are high values to me personally. It’s my goal to openly practice these values during each of my sessions with clients. I learn so much from them, and hopefully they also benefit from my services.
