Position: Director of Outpatient

Department: Outpatient

Credentials: MS, LMFT

Hired: 2016

I have been with Northern Pines since 2016 and have served as Director since June of 2018.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working across various settings, including residential and outpatient care.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, with a particular focus on trauma and substance use.

Trained in/Specialties: Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Birth to Six, and Sand Tray therapy. My work is grounded in creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.

Works with clients ages: I work with the entire life span.  I work with individuals, families and couples.

As a Therapist I find deep fulfillment in helping others by creating a safe, supportive space where they can be vulnerable and build on their strengths. It’s truly inspiring to witness people grow, heal, and find contentment in their lives. I feel honored to be invited into their journeys and to play a part in their personal transformation.

As a Director I feel truly grateful to be part of such an amazing team. Every day I have the opportunity to collaborate with kind, caring individuals who are deeply committed to delivering the highest quality of care. Our team-centered approach creates a supportive environment—not only for those we serve, but for one another as well.
I love being able to offer support and guidance to my team as they grow and reach their full potential in their professional journeys. It’s a privilege to work alongside such dedicated and compassionate people.

At Northern Pines, I truly value the opportunity to be part of multiple teams and contribute across different levels of care. I appreciate the flexibility my role offers, which allows me to maintain a healthy work-life balance and fully enjoy the small, meaningful moments with my family. I’m especially grateful for Northern Pines’ holistic approach to care and their strong support of self-care—both of which empower me to be my best in all the roles I serve.

In my free time I enjoy reading and time outdoors.
