I have been with Northern Pines since July of 2022 and started as a practitioner in Brainerd. I finished my master’s degree in 2023 and am now a Mental Health Clinical Trainee in the Pillager and Staples-Motley School Districts. I work with kids in grades K-12.

My favorite part about being a therapist is making connections with clients and helping them overcome the obstacles they face in life. I also love being involved in the schools and teaching kids about mental health to reduce the stigma around it!

My favorite thing about Northern Pines is the team of people I work with. Some days can be hard in the world of mental health, but it always helps knowing that I have a team of people willing to support me and help wherever they can!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends, playing board games, and watching movies.
