As a dedicated therapist for 17 years, I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I specialize in working with individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, using cognitive and trauma focused therapies within the ACT model. I earned my master’s degree from St Cloud State University. My goal is to empower clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering resilience and self-discovery.

I feel fortunate to work where our team’s shared commitment to holistic care and community support aligns with my values. The collaborative atmosphere we have on the ACT Team draws from our diverse perspectives, enhancing the quality of care we provide to each our clients.
