I have a passion for providing and educating families on healthy copings to create a healthy family system. I also enjoy leading groups in the high school to give them a safe place build healthy friendships, coping skills and self-compassion.

I have always appreciated the flexibility Northern Pines has given. They have always encourage self-care and a healthy work environment. My directors and supervisors have given me support and direction to be become a successful practitioner in the mental health field.

I live in Brainerd with my Husband, two kids and our dog. When I am not at work I love to be with my family on the lake or camping. I also enjoy farmer’s markets and tending to my garden. This summer I was able to create a vegetable garden.
