I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Professional Community Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato and this is where I also received my undergraduate degree in Psychology.

I have been in my current role of professional and supervisor for school based CTSS services at Forestview Middle School in Baxter, Minnesota since 2006.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and MN Board of Behavioral Health Approved Clinical Supervisor. I am a trained MAP Therapist and have also been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS).

I provide a range of services including individual, group and family therapy and supervise staff who provide individual, group and family skills services additionally at our school based site. As a therapist I often use CBT techniques but like to offer clients creative ways to express themselves as well through modalities like writing, art, or music, which are also some of my interests outside of work.
