I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Diagnostic Classification of Mental Health and Developmental Disorders of Infancy and Early Childhood (DC: 0-5). I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to support each client’s unique needs and work with individuals of all ages.

My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable addressing their mental health goals. I strive to meet each person where they are and work collaboratively to support their overall well-being.

I value being part of the Northern Pines team, where I’m encouraged to continue growing both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being on the water, and baking sourdough bread.
