Credentials: BSc in Psychology with Counseling Skills and MSc in Clinical Mental health Counseling. Currently working towards my LPCC licensure.

Trained in/Specialties: Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in substance abuse and trauma-informed care.

Works with clients ages: I have primarily worked with adults ages 18–75, and I am also very interested in working with children and adolescents.

I love being a counselor because I get to be part of people’s stories and witness their vulnerability, which takes an incredible amount of courage. I value the opportunity to build rapport and support clients as they work toward their goals.

I appreciate the warmth that Northern Pines Mental Health embodies, the collaboration across departments, and the shared commitment to clients. It’s wonderful to witness and be a part of such a supportive, client-centered environment.

In my free time, I enjoy reading as a way to unwind and relax. I also like going for walks, hiking when the weather is warm, and spending time socializing with friends and family.
