Trained in/Specialties: I am trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, attachment focused therapy, and EMDR.

Works with clients ages: I work with individuals, families between the ages of 6-55

I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make from week to week and help them overcome the challenges that they are experiencing in life.

I really enjoy the wide range of experienced providers that make up the Northern Pines team. They all bring their own unique skill sets that challenge me and help me grow into a better clinician.

In my free time I really enjoy reading, spending time outdoors and with my family traveling.
