I love being able to support the people on my team! That could be a simple check-in conversation, administrative support, organization, or whatever else they really need. I am passionate about being able to see people do their jobs well, and if I can do something that makes their job easier, I am on board with that. I also love being able to see the lives of the clients that we serve be changed for the better. Being able to be a part of the IRMHS team, I am able to see young people develop skills and habits that will help them further in life. I always look forward to seeing youth and adolescents grow in who they are as a person, including developing relationships with them to get to know who they are (their passions, desires, wants, dreams, etc.). How beautiful it is to be a part of helping others in their lives; it truly is a privilege.
What I enjoy about being at Northern Pines is being able to be in a field that makes a difference in people’s lives. I also love that Northern Pines is so supportive of personal time with family & friends. I have many nieces and nephews, so the generous ability to spend extra time with them is so appreciated.
During my spare time, I am slightly obsessed with board games. Some say that you can be a collector or an actual gamer; I feel that I am both. Board games are a great way to spend time with people, build understanding of strategy, laugh, and so much more! I also love just spending time with loved ones. This could include just having a conversation, enjoying a meal, going out to do an activity, playing a game, and more. A few other things about me are that I LOVE the sky (sunsets, northern lights, clouds), am slightly obsessed with otters & elephants, travelling, painting/art, and intentional deep conversations.
