Trained in/Specialties: I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a clinical focus. My training emphasizes a person-centered approach, prioritizing each client’s goals, values, and lived experiences. I work collaboratively with clients, following their lead while using motivational strategies to support growth, self-determination, and meaningful change.

Works with clients ages: I have worked with clients of all ages but have mostly worked with clients ages 8-18 but right now I am currently working with clients ages 6-99.

I really enjoy helping people work through past and current experiences as well as helping others feel confident in themselves and helping them clients overcome obstacles.

I really like the fact that Northern Pines staff and spaces are so welcoming and just invite you in. They are very flexible, willing to work with you, and want you to take care of yourself by practicing self-care.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog, and our two rabbits. I have a strong interest in creative hobbies such as crocheting and using my Cricut, and I value time spent at the lake with my family. I also enjoy reading, watching movies, and connecting with friends.
