I like that every day is different. Each client that I meet has a unique situation, path, and need. I find value in navigating what resources would be best for supporting the client’s individual needs. I have found that by listening and understanding my client’s is the most beneficial way to connect and learn the services within the communities I serve.

I like the flexibility here at Northern Pines! MCO is a different department and the team that I work with is amazing. I know my schedule for at least a month at a time. Also, for the times when “life” happens, the MCO team at Northern Pines understands and values my personal life.

Outside of work, I am a Vikings and Twins fan, and I have a slight coffee addiction. I continue to play softball and enjoy watching my son play college baseball. My biggest self-care activity is doing puzzles and being with my family as much as possible.
