I find it so rewarding to meet with kids and help them learn and practice essential life skills and build resiliency to tackle the challenges that life brings them.  Whether it’s a large goal accomplished or even small steps towards progress, it feels good knowing that I have the opportunity to be a small part of their growth and development.

I love that I have the opportunity to work with such a diverse, experienced, and supportive team of mental health professionals and practitioners.  Being a part of this team has only aided in my growth and development as I continue my journey in assisting kids realize their full potential and make positive changes in their lives.

I find that I spend most of my free time with my family, friends, and my loveable dog, Cruz.  I’m a huge fan of the outdoors and enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking down the river, being out on the lake during the summer months, or snowmobiling with friends on the beautiful trails this area has to offer!
