What I find most rewarding about my role as the Director of the Safe Harbor IRTS/RCS program is the impact we have on individuals during some of the most critical times in their lives. Leading a dedicated team to provide compassionate, high-quality care and support not only helps people navigate their crises but also fosters their long-term recovery and stability.
I like being a part of a supportive agency that prioritizes self-care and encourages time off for a healthy work-life balance. This agency provides exceptional services to our clients served, witnessing the positive changes in our clients’ lives and knowing that our efforts contribute to their journey towards a better future is incredibly fulfilling.
When I’m not working, I like activities that help me unwind and stay active. I love taking walks and riding my bike, being outdoors and getting some exercise. I enjoy listening to comedy podcasts and audiobooks, cozy mysteries are my favorite.
