I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for providing compassionate, client-centered care. Since 2016, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, meeting each individual where they are and supporting them on their unique mental health journey.
My approach to care is thoughtful and collaborative. I focus on comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management, working closely with each individual to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their needs, values, and goals. I prioritize creating a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, empowered, and actively involved in their care.
What I enjoy most about my work is hearing the stories my clients share. Learning about their lives, hopes, and challenges allows me to partner with them in finding ways to manage symptoms and build a life they value. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside individuals during both the difficult and hopeful moments of healing.
I’m proud to be part of the team at Northern Pines Mental Health Center. I value the agency’s strong emphasis on collaboration and the ability to connect clients with a broad range of services—from ARMHS and case management to therapy and specialized programs like Substance Use Treatment, Youth-ACT, and ACT. Having access to these internal resources allows me to offer more holistic, individualized care.
Outside of work, I recharge by spending time outdoors—hiking, traveling, being on the water, or simply enjoying a good cup of coffee. These moments help me stay grounded and bring balance to my personal and professional life.
