Trained in/Specialties: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS). I have worked with clients from birth to adults but right now mostly work with clients 10-16.

I love that I get to connect and help the students I see every day. I love working with them and their families to make long lasting positive changes in their lives. I love seeing them grow in their resilience and self-confidence.

In my free time I love to hang out with my husband and kids. We love to travel, be outside, and adventure together.
