Trained in/Specialties: I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Managing and Adapting Practices (MAP).

Works with clients ages: 14-19 and have a lot of experience working with 5-19 years of age.

I love having the opportunity to connect positively with kids and help them navigate challenges and build resilience. Working with kids allows for a creative and exciting approach to therapy that keeps things engaging and unique.

The best thing about NPMH is the people I work with! They are kind, optimistic, and supportive. Even though we all work at different schools, we make an effort to see each other.

When I am not working, I love spending time with my family. My husband and I have two little boys, and a puppy named Stella. We enjoy going for adventures, rollerblading, swimming at the lake, and watching my husband play and coach soccer.
