What I enjoy most about being the Executive Director of Northern Pines Mental Health Center is the privilege of witnessing our mission come to life each day. Every time a client shares that they feel stronger, more supported, and better equipped to face life’s challenges, it brings a sense of fulfillment that words can’t fully capture. I also take great pride in watching our staff grow; not just our program leaders, but also those in Human Resources, Information Technology, Records, Finance and others in supporting roles. Their dedication ensures our organization runs both compassionately and effectively. Another rewarding aspect is collaborating with community partners. Together we can build a true network of care that improves the quality of life for everyone in our community.
On a personal level, this role allows me to fully live out my purpose as a servant leader, giving back in a way that aligns with my values. Ultimately, it is the combination of impact, teamwork and purpose that makes this work so meaningful.
