Trained in/Specialties: I am currently finishing certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I have significant experience working with children, families and couples. I enjoy working with a variety of clients and tend to focus on client-centered and strengths-based approaches. With my background in family systems I like to explore the larger context underlying symptoms and ways that we can help treat the whole person.

I enjoy building connections with people and helping them build their own success and create lasting meaningful changes in their lives.

Northern Pines has great resources that help make sure we can help support the needs of the whole person beyond the context of therapy. Many people struggle with financial or housing concerns which along can be stressful enough. Having the access to great community support services has been beneficial to many of my clients and allows us to create positive changes.

I truly believe that variety is the spice of life. In both my work and in my personal life I enjoy learning new things and developing new skills. I enjoy various things from travel, to playing games with friends/family to watching my favorite sports teams. I am almost always open to trying something new.
