In this role, I appreciate the opportunity to look at the big picture while also paying attention to the details that matter. I enjoy working alongside staff to strengthen systems, remove barriers, and create solutions that make our work more effective and sustainable. What I find most rewarding is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes helps create an environment where both staff and clients can thrive.
What I appreciate most about Northern Pines is the balance of professionalism and heart. I am proud to be part of an organization that not only delivers high-quality mental health services but also fosters a culture of support, collaboration, and care for clients and staff alike.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors camping, discovering new places, and tending to my perennial gardens. I also love creative projects like crafts and puzzles, and I find a lot of joy in organizing spaces. Most importantly, I value the time I spend with my husband and our three kids.
