As a Mental health practitioner , the goal is to empower individuals to build the skills they need to live independently and with greater stability.  I strive to build rapport and trust, allowing clients to feel heard and supported throughout their journey toward greater independence.

I like being apart of Northern Pine Mental Health because they help me grow as a mental health practitioner and also, I get to be apart of Bay Lake Retreat “ARMHS group”.

When I am not at work I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible and spending time with family and friends.
